Our Service Center in the entrance area of the University of Konstanz will give you first information about housing, private rooms and jobs.

• Information on the mensa chip card 
• solidarity contribution and refunding of the contribution
• KfW student loan 
• BAföG- applications
• Key for the music room Musikraumschlüssel 
• Information about tickets and tariffs for students Studi-Tickets (Seezeit Shop)

Further offers:

• Sozialberatung social counselling, every  Mon + Thue 9.30 am - 11.30 am
• AOK counselling on health insurances issues, every Thur 9.30 am - 15.30 pm (not during the holidays of the University of Konstanz)
