Responsibilities and services
Seezeit Studierendenwerk Bodensee is one of 57 organisations in Germany, which, as a social services provider for students, looks after everything outside of lectures and studying. Through our services, we provide everyday support for around 27,000 students in the Lake Constance region, enabling them to concentrate fully and exclusively on their studies.
This starts with our halls of residence, which not only represent affordable accommodation, but they also score highly with their typical student atmosphere and their proximity to the universities. Equally important are our canteens and cafeterias, in which we offer a variety of healthy meals and snacks and reasonable prices.
We are the first port of call when it comes to student financing, whether it concerns the BAföG application or student loans, benefits or part-time jobs. In the social and psychotherapeutic counselling centre, we help students with all life situations, regardless of the size of the problem.
And last but not least, there are our children’s crèches and day-care facilities, in which the kids can play and run around while their parents are attending lectures.
